Government has released G.O Rt.No.80,Education(PE.PROG-1)Dept.,dt.19.02.2010, for Constituting Committes for implementing SAKSHARA BHARAT programme i.e. Literacy Programme at Panchayat Level / Mandal Level / District Level. In this G.O Guidelines for constituting the committes has been issued.
