Director of Treasury, Hyderabad's Clarification regarding Notional Increments.

On representation of UTF, Director of Treasuries, Hyderabad vide Memo No.M1/1438/2009,dt.22.07.2010 clarified that the Treasury Officials should not insist the Teachers for Notional Period claim of Notional Increments Bills. The Bills prepared from 01.04.2009 should be admitted.

Government enhanced D.A of State Government Employees from 9.416% to 16.264%

State Government has enhanced the D.A for its employees w.e.f 01.01.2010, vide G.O Ms.No.248,Finance(PC-I)Department,dt.07.07.2010.
.....D.A enhanced from 9.416% to 16.264%
.....Raise 6.848%
.....The D.A arrears From 01.01.2010 to 30.06.2010 will be adjusted to the PF/CSS accounts.
.....Cash will be paid from 01.07.2010.

IMP NOTE : Monitary benefit in RPS 2010 is allowed from 01.02.2010 only. Hence New D.A with New Basic Pays(RPS 2010) should be taken from 01.02.2010 only. For the Month of January 2010, New D.A should be taken with Old Basic Pays(RPS 2005) and as per Old D.A rules. Hence enhancement of D.A for January 2010 is 13.188% ( 60.288% + 13.188% = 73.476% ) and from 01.02.2010 to 30.06.2010 is 6.848%.
